Cocktails at the Cooper Hewitt

Manhattan has its fair share of parks and open spaces, but how often do you get to enjoy a proper garden in the city – let alone one in a historic mansion? We’ve found the perfect way for you to ease into weekend mode at tonight’s last edition of “Cocktails at the Cooper Hewitt.” From 6-9pm, the terrace and garden will be open for you to enjoy summer cocktails and music by Ed Fuqua’s jazz trio. It’s also the perfect time to visit the museum if you haven’t caught the “Fashioning Felt” or “Shahzia Sikander Selects” exhibits on display for only a few more weeks.

The party is free for members or free with museum admission.
