Accent on Design Announces Additions to Winter 2010 Edition

‘Tis the season…for gifts! What’s more, for design-savvy gifts. We calendar girls definitely appreciate them, which is why we were delighted to hear that the officials at the New York International Gift Fair announced fourteen new companies to participate in the winter 2010 edition of Accent on Design, a dynamic juried collection of nearly 200 contemporary and innovative products across all gift, home and lifestyle categories.  Always a crowd pleaser, Accent on Design has set the bar as the industry’s leading resource of contemporary and innovative design for over 25 years.

The fourteen companies include:

  • Global State Ltd.; Taichung Taiwan (office accessories)

  • JAB Inc.; Portland, OR (men’s accessories)

  • Joe Cariati Glass; El Segundo, CA (glass)

  • Koziol; Erbach, Germany (housewares, gifts and home accessories)
  • Muse Group, Ltd.; Chicago, IL (textiles)

  • NEO; Rome, Italy (Neoprene accessories and home accessories)

  • Pico design; Upper Montclair, NJ (jewelry)

  • Stray Dog Designs; Chattanooga, TN (home accessories)

  • Tanuma, Co. Ltd.; Tokyo, Japan (sustainable tableware)

  • Tkaro; Toronto, Canada (eco-friendly glass water bottle)

  • Tonky Designs; Brooklyn, NY (wall decals)

  • Woolly Pocket Garden Co.; Los Angeles, CA (living wall/vertical garden)

  • Seasonal Living Trading Co.; Austin, TX (furniture)

These Accent on Design newcomers will join five companies returning to the winter 2010 edition following an absence from the New York market: Built NY; Kenneth Wingard; Mau; Pablo; and Waste Not Paper.
