It’s getting closer and closer to Milan design week, as I’m sure you can tell by D-C’s increasingly Italian look.  For the lucky looking to get the most out of your visit al Italia, look no further than our trusty calendar and this comprehensive round up of can’t-miss booths sure to satisfy your appetite.  No promises it’ll be better than the actual food.  Andiamo ragazzi!

Let’s be sure to make the rookies feel welcome:

European contract market leader Brunner will be making their first appearance at Milan this year.  The German furniture manufacturer will be proudly displaying their new chair “Twin.”  Designed by Archirivolto (Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci) the chair is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.  The booth will also feature collections by Wolfgang C.R. Mezger.

Also debuting in Milan will be Lamur’s new wall-mounted lighting system, “SATELLIGHT.”  The laser cut LED fixture promises to bring an injection of cutting edge technology to the historic avenues of Milan.

But don’t forget about the seasoned veterans:

Fellow Italian lighting company Leucos will also be making a strong showing at EuroLuce and will be presenting of a number of introductions.  New collections for the Leucos USA family include light fixtures from Jorgi Pensi, Danilo Di Rossi, Javier Mariscal, Paolo Crepax and R. Toso, N, Massari & Associates with Giusto Toso.  Be on the lookout for this cornucopia of lighting options at Pav.9, Stand F15-21-G06 throughout EuroLuce.

And since Spring has officially sprung, you should definitely check out Belgian outdoor furniture manufacturer Royal Botania display their latest at the furniture fair.   They’ve been known to have some very fun, not to mention comfortable, furniture and hammocks. So even if it’s just to take a load off your aching feet, head over to Hall 10, stand E19.
