The Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has announced the dates and designers of the 40th Anniversary Decorator Show House! The event, which was started by a women’s committee in 1973, brings together top designers to transform a luxury Manhattan home into an elegant exhibition of furnishings, art and technology. Each year, the Decorator Show House raises funds for after-school enrichment programs for New York City children. In addition, Bunny Williams, the renowned interior designer who is this year’s Show House Chair, is decorating a room with David Kleinberg and Brian McCarthy in honor of Albert Hadley. The event will take place at the Aldyn at 60 Riverside Blvd from May 16 to June 14, 2012: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays from 11am to 5pm; Thursdays, 11am to 8pm; and Sundays, 12pm to 5pm.
